JOB SUMMARY
HR Profiles are responsible for executing Recruitment & HR Operation activities in line with the Work Order but not limited to as below:

Job Description:

  • Working on the recruitment requirements forwarded by the department head and working towards closing the positions within the timeframe.
  • Verify the requirements of the profile (experience, qualification etc.).
  • Sourcing profiles from available job portals or through means of head-hunting.
  • Screening the candidates by assessing their qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, level, and interest.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews & HR selection rounds and identify the right candidates to be scheduled for the final interview with the technical panel accordingly.
  • Reporting the feedback from the department head to the higher management.
  • Confirm the salary structure as per the salary slab of the organization and as per the management guidelines.
  • Handling salary negotiating with the candidates.
  • Finalizing the candidate, incase selected and communicating the same to the candidate as well as the departmental head and other relevant departments to proceed towards joining formalities
  • Issuing the soft copy of the offer letter and confirming the date of joining
  • Co-ordination with the candidate till the final joining.
  • Creating & maintaining effective & efficient database for resourcing
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management and Director.

Docs. To maintain:

  1. Maintaining Recruitment database(details of the candidates who come for the interview)
  2. Maintaining interview record sheets along with the feedback form
  3. Joining documents of the candidates and further forward them to the payroll department.

To assist in specially assigned tasks connected with the organization’s Voluntary arm – “SEARCH Foundation”.

2. Asst. Manager - EIA Technical Service

Location : Noida

Role objective  & Responsibilities

  • To interact with PPs and get project details.
  • To ensure that the project details are complete.
  • To fill up Form-1 and prepare TOR for projects needing EIA and submit to EAC/SEAC based on project details.
  • To defend TOR and obtain TOR approval.
  • To organize base line data generation as per TOR through laboratory.
  • To fill up Form1/1A and prepare Conceptual Plans (CP) for projects not needing EIA and to submit to statutory bodies.
  • To present above to EAC/SEAC/SEIAA to get Environmental Clearance (EC).
  • To write and submit draft EIA reports and Executive Summary translated in local language to statutory bodies for projects needing public hearing.
  • To organize and attend Public Hearing.
  • To compile Public Hearing proceedings and prepare Final EIA report.
  • To defend Final EIA report at EAC/SEAC and obtain clearance.
  • To assist client in obtaining Consent to Establish CTE/CTO from concerned SPCB.

Experience: (Fresher with 0 yrs exerience or Experience of 6-10 months will be an added advantage, accredited as AFAE, FAA as per QCI NABET Scheme will be preferable)

Educational Qualification: Msc, M.Tech (Environmental Science), P.hD (Environmental science), B.tech(Environmental science) or Environment Management, Environment Studies or similar

Skills and experience

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidate must have an energetic approach and zeal to work on targets.

3. Manager-Business Development ( Laboratory)

Location : Noida

Number of Position: 1

  • Deliver sales growth within the client sectors such as Environmental Consultancy, Testing with a  focus on  Environmental Chemistry.   Enhance brand awareness, perception and positioning within operating markets.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Business Development  team, you must be able to maintain up to date lead database, make business associates as a part of NBD(Lab)  and quotation trackers and help to shape business development strategies in new markets.
  • Attend sector based networking events/groups to raise profile of GRC and maximise new business opportunities.
  • Developing new business opportunities and identifying new leads for Environmental Laboratory Projects.
  • Provide quotations and renewals for projects complied on regular intervals.
  • Identifying new areas & opportunities for the laboratory to develop it’s business.
  • Management of key accounts
  • Search and preparing tenders, RFIs and proposals  from difference sources, and submit to client/portal within a stipulated time frame.
  • Working to targets/KPI’s/deadlines to achieve maximum revenue for the     business .
  • Have a proven track record of working for marketing in a scientific environment (Laboratory).
  • Be driven to achieve and exceed targets and deadlines.
  • Be confident delivering presentations to clients both on the phone and face to face, confidently and articulately.
  • Have a natural apt to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Be a strong negotiator.
  • Show tenacity, be motivated by your success and give a second to none service to our clients.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of Environmental Notifications, Laws, Acts.
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives; preparing an annual budget; schedules expenditures etc.

Skills and experience

  • A proven track record of successful new business development in   Environment Laboratory Sector
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Competence in all Microsoft Office applications

Qualification: MBA with specialization in sales & marketing from a reputed institute having 8-10 years of experience in laboratory marketing.

4. Manager-Tech Services (Environment)

Location : Noida

Number of Position: 1

Role objective 

  • Form-1, Form-1A, CP/PFR and Public Consultation.
  • Cross-checking technical documents for EC and CTE/ CTO
  • Coordination with internal departments within the Organization, Clients, Associate Consultants, Govt. Authorities etc.
  • Presentation before EACs/ SEACs/ PCBs
  • Compliance of audit check list
  • Reporting to Sr. Officials

Responsibilities

  • Assist Team members in getting requisite project information from PP and associate consultants. And at the same time he/ she will inform Senior officials in team.
  • Cross check Form-1, Form 1A and PFR/ Conceptual plan prior to submission.
  • Co-ordination with Laboratory team, Accounts Dept. and Administration Dept. of the organization
  • Cross check the presentation, final submission and coordination.
  • Take the responsibility of presentation the case before SEAC/ SEIAA/ EAC/ PCB whenever it is required.
  • Cross check the information in the Draft EIA, final submission and coordination.
  • Co-ordination for translation of Executive summery prior to submission of Draft EIA to the Govt. authorities for Public hearing, as case may be.
  • Coordination with PCC team and if required, with Govt. authorities for submission of documents, public hearing date and its proceedings.
  • Cross check the final EIA/EMP report prior for submission to SEAC/ MoEF.
  • To defend technical documents (EC proposals/ EIA/ EMP reports/ CTE/ CTO etc.)  at EAC/SEAC/ PCB
  • To carry out the functions of Sr. Managers in his/ her absence.
  • To complete any other activities as per Work Order.
  • To perform any other function as required by Coordinator/ any other Senior officer.
  • To ensure that all the documents are thoroughly checked by the Co-coordinator before printing/photocopying/final dispatch by filling up standard requisition forms.
  • Check and control wasteful use of reprography.
  • Co-operate with MR in maintaining QMS
  • Compliance of audit check list.
  • Reporting to Sr. Officials

Skills and experience

  • To cross check technical documents for environmental clearance, Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate
  • To make presentations before SEACs/ EACs/ PCBs
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Preference should be given to those candidates who have 7 years of experience in the same field.

Qualification: As per QCI Guideline
